3/4	c	Plus 2 T water
3/4	ts	Baking soda
3	c	Flour
3	tb	Dry milk
1 1/2	ts	Salt
3/4	c	Sourdough starter
1 1/2	tb	Oil
2	ts	Honey
1	pk	Yeast

In a sm cup, combine the warm water and the baking soda, and set aside for 5 minutes. Transfer soda mixture to pan, sourdough starter, oil, and the honey. Then the dry items. Set machine to wheat mode.

This sourdough bread has much of the texture of a english muffin. Added by Janet Juengling-Snell
